Our Team

Bibiana Mirones is a Juris Doctor candidate at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
Bibiana is fluent in Spanish and has developed legal experience with a focus on immigration law. Through her academic and practical experiences, she has developed a strong interest in employment law, particularly issues involving workplace discrimination, harassment, and hostile or otherwise unlawful work environments.

As a first-generation law student, Bibiana is committed to being a positive representation of the Latino community in the legal profession and to using her legal training to support and advocate for underserved populations. She is especially interested in how employment-related legal issues intersect with immigration status, access to opportunity, and economic stability across diverse communities.

She hopes to continue building a career centered on advocacy and meaningful support for individuals navigating workplace injustice.

Outside of her legal work, Bibiana enjoys fitness-related activities, cooking, and engaging with her community.
