Our Team

Chandini earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as a dedicated member of the Thurgood Marshall Trial Team and participated in the Gender, Prison & Trauma Clinic. During her Judicial Internship at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, Chandini researched complex legal issues, analyzed party briefs, and drafted memorandum opinions—work that sparked her deep interest in employment law.

Prior to joining The Mundaca Law Firm, Chandini clerked at a litigation practice, supporting attorneys in research, motion drafting, and client advocacy. This experience strengthened her belief in exercising empathy while relentlessly pursuing the best outcomes for her clients.

Chandini views the law as a tool for meaningful change. Through her work in employment and civil rights law, she is committed to helping clients combat discrimination, address workplace wrongs, and achieve accountability.

Outside of her legal practice, Chandini enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, listening to music, and volunteering in her community.
