Leatitia Motaung serves as Supervising Paralegal at The Mundaca Law Firm, where she oversees the firm’s paralegals and legal assistants and helps ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence across the legal support team.

Ms. Motaung began her career working alongside Francisco Mundaca as one of his most trusted legal assistants. While continuing to excel in that demanding role, she earned her degree in paralegal studies and further developed the legal knowledge and practical skills that led to her advancement within the firm. Since joining The Mundaca Law Firm as a foundational member of its team, she has continued to distinguish herself through her intelligence, exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to the firm’s clients.

Ms. Motaung plays an integral role in the firm’s employment law practice. She supports attorneys throughout every stage of a matter, including client intake, case development, document collection and review, preparation of factual chronologies, discovery, deposition preparation, court filings, deadline management, and coordination with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties. Her organizational skills and command of complex case files are particularly valuable in employment matters involving extensive personnel records, workplace communications, payroll information, and other fact-intensive evidence.

As Supervising Paralegal, Ms. Motaung manages the day-to-day operations of the firm’s legal support staff, assigns and monitors work, assists with training and professional development, and helps implement procedures designed to maintain the firm’s high standards across its expanding caseload and multiple offices. She also serves as an important resource for the firm’s attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
