Our Team

Before joining the firm as an Associate Attorney, Jasmine worked at a boutique employment discrimination firm, where she gained extensive experience handling Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) matters and supporting clients through the administrative and litigation process. She also previously served as a law clerk at The Mundaca Law Firm, where she assisted in all aspects of employment litigation, including legal research, drafting, discovery, and case strategy.

Jasmine believes employment law is a powerful tool for advancing equality and holding employers accountable. She is passionate about helping employees tell their stories in a compelling and authentic way while providing strategic, client-centered advocacy that positions them for the strongest possible outcome.

Jasmine earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as President of the Black Law Students Association, Senior Member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. She also participated in the Prisoner Civil Rights Clinic and completed a judicial internship with the Maryland Court of Appeals.

In recognition of her commitment to civil rights and service, Jasmine received the Justice Thurgood Marshall Civil Liberties Award and the Michael Dillon Cooley Memorial Award.

Outside of the office, Jasmine enjoys traveling, cheering on the University of Michigan athletics, and creating educational legal content that makes employment law and the legal profession more accessible.
