Before joining the firm full-time, Jasmine worked at well-known boutique employment discrimination firm, where she gained significant experience handling Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) matters and supporting clients through the administrative and litigation process. She also previously served as a law clerk at The Mundaca Law Firm, where she assisted in all aspects of client representation, including legal research, drafting, and case strategy across a wide range of employment law disputes.
Jasmine believes that employment law is a powerful tool for advancing equality and ensuring accountability in the workplace. Her goal in every case is to elevate her clients’ voices and help them achieve justice through thoughtful, strategic advocacy.
Jasmine earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as President of the Black Law Students Association, a Senior Member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. She participated in the Prisoner Civil Rights Clinic and completed a judicial internship with the Maryland Court of Appeals.
She was awarded the Justice Thurgood Marshall Civil Liberties Award and the Michael Dillon Cooley Memorial Award in recognition of her dedication to civil rights and community service.
Outside of the law, Jasmine enjoys traveling, watching Michigan football, and creating legal content to help others navigate their own law school and legal journeys.
