Our Team

Miriam Ruiz serves as Community Engagement Coordinator for The Mundaca Law Firm, where she helps strengthen the firm’s connections with businesses, community organizations, professional associations, and individuals throughout the communities it serves. In this role, Miriam represents the firm at conferences, networking events, sponsorship activations, community programs, and educational initiatives, helping foster meaningful relationships and increase awareness of the firm’s legal services and resources.

Miriam brings nearly a decade of leadership and operational experience from the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining The Mundaca Law Firm, she held positions with nationally recognized healthcare organizations, including Aledade, Luminis Health, and NYU Langone Health.

As a Practice Transformation Specialist with Aledade, Miriam works closely with healthcare practices to support operational improvement, stakeholder engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. Her professional background also includes serving as a Healthcare Manager with Luminis Health and an Office Manager with NYU Langone Health, where she developed extensive experience in account management, team leadership, organizational operations, financial analysis, and relationship management.

Miriam earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Services from Molloy University and holds a Certification in Healthcare Administration and Management.

Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for professionalism, strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to helping organizations and the people they serve succeed.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Miriam is able to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and help foster meaningful connections across communities. Her ability to communicate, build relationships, and represent organizations with authenticity and enthusiasm makes her exceptionally well-suited for her role as Community Engagement Coordinator.

As The Mundaca Law Firm continues to grow throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., New York, and Texas, Miriam plays an important role in expanding the firm’s community presence and advancing its commitment to education, outreach, and meaningful engagement.

Through her work, she helps ensure that prospective clients, referral partners, and community members experience the firm’s core values of accessibility, professionalism, and advocacy without compromises.
