Zachary Aman is an Associate Attorney at The Mundaca Law Firm dedicated to ensuring fairness and accountability in the workplace. With a strong foundation in employment law and general litigation, Zachary represents both employees and businesses in a wide range of legal matters. He takes a consultative approach, working closely with clients to identify viable legal strategies based on their specific goals and desired outcomes.Â
Zachary has successfully negotiated settlements against a diverse array of employers, including small businesses, Fortune 500 companies as well as federal, state, and local government entities. He has also secured favorable outcomes for clients in disputes involving foreign sovereigns.Â
His legal career includes experience in corporate litigation and breach of contract, as well as representing employees in workplace disputes involving sexual harassment, race discrimination, and pregnancy-related issues. Drawing on his dual legal and business education, Zachary offers business clients valuable insights into evaluating risk, translating complex legal analysis into practical business solutions. For his employee clients, Zachary helps navigate employment law challenges with clarity.Â
Zachary believes that clients should remain in control of their legal journey, likening his role to a GPS: "Clients tell me where they want to go, and I provide them with the possible routes to get there." His collaborative approach to both client advocacy and negotiation helps achieve favorable resolutions while maintaining professionalism and strategic foresight.Â
While a full-time student in law school, Zachary gained invaluable practical experience as a law clerk at Axelson, Williamowsky, Bender & Fishman, P.C., where he worked on various cases in family law and small claims litigation. He then expanded his legal expertise as a law clerk at Paley Rothman, where he was deeply involved in cases involving corporate litigation, estate administration and litigation, and appellate litigation. This diverse experience allowed Zachary to develop a holistic perspective and a well-rounded skill set that is invaluable when handling complex legal disputes.
Zachary also participated in the Journal of Law and Technology, where he served as an Associate Editor before being elected as Editor-in-Chief. His note on the ethical implications of attorneys using dating apps was selected by his peers for publication. Zachary also participated in the Moot Court Association, where he further developed his oral and written advocacy skills.
Outside of his legal practice, Zachary enjoys watching the Oklahoma City Thunder, attending local sports team events, attending shows at the Kennedy Center, and camping with his wife and their dog.Â
