James Battle is an Associate Attorney at The Mundaca Law Firm, where he supports clients with business litigation and employment matters.

James has litigated cases across district and circuit courts, managing all phases of litigation including client counseling, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and trial – serving as lead counsel of record at bench trials, motion hearings, and pre-trial proceedings.
